Please note that the prices of additional services in the House of Terror Museum will change from 1 January 2023 as follows. Ticket prices will remain unchanged.
Please note that the museum will be closed for the annual maintenance from January 23th to January 30th 2023.
The travelling exhibition titled Together and Free - Hungarian Gypsy Heroes, launched by the Foundation for Research on Central and Eastern European History and Society in cooperation with the Hungarian Government Commissioner for Roma Relations, has been installed in front of the House of Terror Museum. The exhibition presents the heroes of the Hungarian Gypsy community who played an outstanding role during the 1956 Revolution and the regime change. The highly popular exhibition has so far been displayed in 27 venues and been seen by tens of thousands of people.
Please note that the museum will be closed for the annual maintenance from January 17th to January 24th 2022.
The House of Terror Museum will be open according to the following opening hours during the Christmas and New Year period
The short films from the exhibition titled One Nation One Will 1956-2016 of the House of Terror Museum are available for download from both Google Play and AppStore. Smart phones with a VR headset also enable the 3D experience.
