Doomed to each other - Black march in Targu Mureş

Béla Puczi was one of the three Hungarian Roma from Sângeorgiu de Mureş jailed, along with another three Hungarians, after a clash between Hungarians and Romanians in 1990. The fight turned Târgu Mureş into a battlefield. The background of the events, including the role the Romanian security services had played in the conflict is still unclear. According to many witnesses the outcome of the battle between the Romanian demonstrators from Gurghiu and the local Hungarians was decided by the Roma of Târgu Mureş who took sides with the Hungarians. The book is a volume of recollections by several participants.
